Please read these terms and conditions carefully before working with us. Accepting our proposal or quote will indicate to us your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All designs on this site are the sole property of Anchored In Ink and are covered by copyright. They may not be reproduced in any fashion without the permission of Anchored In Ink. Any breach of copyright will be pursued.

Anchored In Ink reserves the right to reproduce any part of any work produced by Anchored In Ink for marketing purposes. Unless strictly instructed otherwise by a customer prior to deposit payment, Anchored In Ink reserves the right to use any design created for a customer as samples and can photograph this stationery for advertising in print, online wedding directories, across social media and throughout website galleries.

It is the client’s responsibility to obtain copyright permission for the use of hymns or other material used in the Order of Service books, venue logo’s etc.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required before your artwork is created and emailed through to you for approval.

CURRENCY

All dollar amounts are in Australian dollars and pricing includes GST.

QUANTITY

We do have a minimum quantity for each item. Please contact us if you require a small number of each item as there will be a fee that applies depending the actual quantity you require.

SUPPLYING YOUR EVENT DETAILS

Full payment confirms your order. Additional wording can be supplied electronically via email after you have placed your order. Any invitation wording can be changed to suit your taste, however the amount of wording used will be limited to the constraints of the design and approved at the discretion of Anchored In Ink. You will be asked to supply your guest list after you have approved your artwork proof. A guest list spreadsheet will be emailed to you for you to fill out and email back so we can include the correct names and spelling.

COLOURS

When viewing our designs on screen colours do vary depending on different monitors. We have hand-selected the very best print suppliers around Australia to print our products who use top of the line printing press technology for all of our stationery .

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the variable nature of the digital printing process, colours do shift between each print run. Because of this we recommend printing all of your items at the same time. If you are after exact colour matching we can quote on off-set printing where you can choose a specific Pantone (PMS) ink colour to be matched.

FONTS

Each of our designs have been carefully chosen to suit the specific theme of the invitation. All of our fonts are paid fonts, unless specially asked otherwise. We will guide you towards making the right choice of replacement font styles and suggest other options from our list that will work best. We do not disclose font types under any circumstances to protect our design work and further print revenue.

All custom handwritten font styles including but not limited to all images, graphics and copy are the property of Anchored In Ink. Anchored In Ink has the right to promote and advertise usage of the design and to advertise the available calligraphy service. All promotions and advertising material must credit Anchored In Ink at all times, under any circumstance. No content or information shall be copied, transferred, reproduced, distributed, or modified without the expressed written consent of Anchored In Ink. Requests to use any content contained within this site should be directed to Anchored In Ink via e-mail. Any breach of copyright will be pursued.

MAP ILLUSTRATION

If you would like a map illustration created and included in your invitation you must supply us with a screen capture or website link of the venue that has a map for us to re-draw. You must highlight to us any specific landmarks or other information you would like included. Map artwork does incur a custom design fee. Please enquire regarding pricing on map illustration.

CUSTOM DESIGN

Means an idea generated either by the client or a new concept created by Anchored In Ink based on a client specification. The custom design service works on a design fee and then a printing fee as per our quote. Request a quote for any custom design idea you have in mind. Any custom design project follows the same terms and conditions outlined in this document.

PLEASE NOTE: The custom design fee covers our design time only. This fee does not entitle you to receive any finished artwork file that we may have created for you. Please discuss your needs with us prior to paying for your custom design. Any design Anchored In Ink creates for you remains the sole property of Anchored In Ink.

The custom design fee entitles the customer to 2 rounds of changes to their proof. Further rounds of changes will be charged out accordingly. Please take the time to check over your proof thoroughly and return any changes in 1 email as this is counted as your first round of changes. We do encourage you to send us as a very clear brief, as much detail, imagery, font and colour ideas as possible so we can nail your design right from the out-set and save you additional rounds of changes.

PROOFING

You will receive an emailed proof of your design. You will need to check this proof carefully for any errors or changes you’d like to make. Let us know of any changes at this point. You are entitled to 2 rounds of changes. If your proof requires more changes than this, you will be charged an extra $35 per round of changes which is to be paid before we complete your artwork. You will then be asked to send an approval email which effectively allows us to send your artwork to print. Thoroughly check your proof when you receive it.

ERROR

Anchored In Ink cannot be held responsible for any typing errors noticed after the proofs have been approved. Any amendments made after approval and printing will incur an extra charge. Please notify Anchored In Ink immediately if you notice any errors on your stationery once you have received it. If any errors do occur after approval that differ from your approved artwork, your order will be corrected, printed and delivered at no charge. Client error after the proof has been approved can be reprinted at the clients expense. The re-print will be placed in the print cue at the time of second approval and will not be prioritised over other customer orders if the client is at fault.

TIMING AND DELIVERY

Once we receive your order/payment and wording, work starts immediately on your design. Allow one week from placing your order to receiving your emailed proof. Once you are happy with the emailed proof you will be asked to approve to go to print. Once you have sent us your approval indicating your artwork is correct, allow at least 2 – 3 weeks for printing assembly and delivery (dependent on print method chosen). If you require a shorter delivery time let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

DELIVERY CHARGES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

The cost for postage within Australia for boxed invitation orders is a flat fee of $20. However large format signage does incur a separate delivery fee of $25.

International customers: Please email us for a quote regarding your stationery and we will give you a price for delivery included in this quote.

All orders are sent via Australia Post. All of our packages require a signature on delivery, therefore supplying a delivery address where you (or someone you know) will be able to sign for your goods is essential.

We would of fulfilled our delivery deadline requirements even if a card has been left and you were not home to collect your package. International postage fees will be calculated upon order and is dependent on what country the package is being sent to.

CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS

All of our products are made to order and once we have received your order and payment the work gets started, therefore we do not offer refunds. Please choose carefully upon ordering.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Anchored In Ink cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched. We will take the utmost of care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used.

You will be supplied with a courier tracking number on the day that your package is collected from our studio so you can track your goods from door to door.

PRICES

All prices are subject to change without notice. If a quote has been supplied by Anchored in Ink, please take note of the quote expiration date is this date will be strictly enforced.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Orders are subject to stock availability. In the event of supply difficulties we will inform you and discuss alternative materials or designs.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of http://www.anchoredinink.com.au.

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All of our products are custom designed and once we have received your proposal approval and payment the work gets started, therefore we do not offer refunds.

GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES

To engage our services, a formal quote must be agreed. All proposals, quotes and projects are subject to the client terms included in our Graphic Design Agreement. When you engage our services, you agree that we are reliant on the information supplied by you, the client, in order to provide the services. We cannot be held responsible for any results of our services based on such client information and we cannot be held responsible for how you choose to use the outputs of our services.

Any images, graphics, photographs and other content (together “Material”) you may find on our website are owned by us or may have been created by us for our clients with permission to reproduce on our website. At no time are you permitted to copy, download, share or otherwise use this Material for any purpose. All Material on our website is copyright protected.

JURISDICTION

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of New South Wales and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and http://www.anchoredinink.com.au that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
